Booking and Payment Policies

Each reservation grants access to one simulator bay for the specific duration selected at the time of booking. Rates are based on time, not on the number of players in the group. You are responsible for reviewing prices, schedules, and policies before completing a booking. Payment is due in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise indicated during special promotions or private events. Prices may vary depending on the day of the week, seasonal demand, holidays, and peak hours. Stingers Indoor Golf reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Promotional codes or discounts cannot be combined unless specifically permitted. All bookings are final, and refunds are issued only at the discretion of management.

Arrival and Session Expectations

We recommend that guests arrive 5 to 10 minutes before their reserved time to ensure they are prepared to begin their session promptly. Sessions start and end at the scheduled times, regardless of late arrival. Additional time must be booked separately if the bay is available. Guests should familiarize themselves with the simulator controls, safety guidelines, and facility rules prior to beginning play. Our staff is available to answer questions; however, learning how to use the equipment during your session time may reduce the overall playing duration. Stingers Indoor Golf is not responsible for lost playing time due to late arrival, personal delays, or user error when operating the simulator.

Facility Rules and Player Conduct

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, all guests must follow simulator safety rules at all times. This includes mindful swinging, maintaining safe distance from other players, and using equipment responsibly. Reckless behavior, including club throwing, striking walls or floors intentionally, or tampering with equipment, may result in immediate removal from the facility without refund. Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional behavior will result in repair or replacement charges billed directly to the guest responsible. Stingers Indoor Golf reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any individual whose behavior poses a safety risk or disrupts the experience of others.

Equipment Use and Responsibility

Each simulator bay includes premium equipment designed to provide an accurate and immersive golfing experience. Guests may use their own clubs or the clubs provided by the facility when available. All equipment must be used only for its intended purpose. Swinging clubs outside the designated hitting area is strictly prohibited. Sensors, screens, projectors, turf, and other simulator components must not be touched, moved, or altered in any way. Interference with electronic components or misuse of the simulator may result in additional charges. Guests are fully responsible for any personal items brought into the facility. Stingers Indoor Golf is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings.

Food, Beverages, and Alcohol Policy

Children and minors must be supervised by an adult at all times. Parents and guardians assume all liability for minors under their care.
